Follow These Instructions Before First Use
Complete each step carefully to help ensure proper assembly and smooth operation of your refillable pen system.
Remove the Protective Cap Correctly
When opening your refillable pen system for the first time, firmly pull the protective cap straight off.
Removing the top section by twisting may cause the internal cartridge holder to separate from the pen body, which can create unnecessary confusion during setup.
The protective cap is designed to be removed by pulling—not unscrewing.
Install a Compatible Cartridge
Before operating the pen mechanism, install a compatible 3 mL cartridge according to the product instructions.
The internal drive mechanism is designed to function only after a cartridge has been properly positioned inside the device.
If no cartridge is installed, the adjustment mechanism may appear locked or inactive.
If the Push Rod Does Not Advance
Some first-time users notice that the push rod does not move after pressing the adjustment button.
In most cases, it simply means a compatible cartridge has not yet been installed. Once the cartridge is correctly positioned, the internal mechanism will engage as intended.
Verify Proper Assembly
Before operating your refillable pen system, confirm that:
